Übernahme aller Kosten für die o. g. Maßnahmen.

– Speziell entwickelter Cyber-Krisenplan für eine höhere Widerstandsfähigkeit und wichtige Hilfestellungen für die ersten Stunden einer Cyber-Attacke/Datenrechtsverletzung.

Selbstbehalt: € 1.000 je Schadensfall

Die vereinbarte Versicherungssumme ist 1-fach maximiert je Versicherungsjahr.

Selbstbehalte

Für die unten genannten Versicherungssummen gelten folgende Selbstbehalte:
€ 500 für Vermögens- und Sachschäden; € 0 für Personenschäden.
Für Ansprüche, die vor Gerichten der USA oder Kanadas geltend gemacht werden, besteht ein Mindestselbstbehalt von € 10.000.

Alle genannten Prämien sind Nettoprämien (ohne Versicherungssteuer) und ausschließlich jährlich zu zahlen. Derzeit beläuft sich die Versicherungssteuer in Deutschland auf 19 % und in Österreich auf 11 %. Die Jahresnettoprämie erhöht sich um den Betrag der Versicherungssteuer.
